I can’t say enough good things about Julie Rice!
She teaches with enthusiasm, a great sense of humor, and a sharp eye for detail. Julie is clear and comprehensive in her instruction — I learn not only what I need to know, but why I need to know it.
She really prepares for her classes; she just doesn’t set up a course or sequence for us to run. When I needed help earning Super Q’s in Snooker, Julie sat down with various course maps and we reviewed strategies and handling best suited for my dog and me. I totally credit her with our amazing success in Gamblers. After our training session, we went out and qualified in both Master’s Gamblers classes at our next agility trial. Her systematic approach for teaching the 'rules' of handling has made it so much easier for me when I compete at agility trials.
Both my dogs and I always look forward to a training session with Julie. We not only learn, but we have a lot of fun!
